Stage Setup

This is controlled from the Event Menu -> Stage Admin screen.

The stage setup is controlled through the Update Stage Detail link. When the kSail team create your event we complete this for you so you shouldn't need to adjust anything here.

Should you need to change anything, Each Stage, can include multiple groups or independent Stages each with their own configuration. For example your Stage 2 might be 3 independant stages each of a League called Gold, Silver and Bronze. 

The Stage Order and Group Number and Stage Name control the order of how the stages appear within the event. 

The Order and Name values need to match for the stages to be joined together, however they can have different Sub Names. It is the Sub Name that also appears as a pill in the side bar on the schedule. It is possible to set a custom background colour for the pill. 

The final item of use on this screen is the ability to select the Flights/Boats for the stage, only boats that are chosen in this list can be selected when completing your template mapping.
